FRANCESCA IS CURRENTLY IN THE STUDIO FINISHING UP ON HER FIRST FULL LENGTH RELEASE
In 2006 Francesca Lee was introduced to record producer Michael Winger. Shortly after that she signed a production deal with the SF producer and since Oct. of 2006 has been working on her first full length release entitled " Paper Hearts".
Michael Winger has Produced recordings for Beth Waters, AJ Roach, Kronos Quartet, Forest Sun, Cannons and Clouds, Four Year Bender, Jim Bruno, My Revolver, and Pedalsped.
He has also recorded and mixed live performances in San Francisco by The Shins, Tom Petty, Regina Spektor, Keane, Beth Orton, Gomez, Los Lonely Boys, Corinne Bailey Rae, Feist, Gillian Welch. He has also worked as an engineer for Jerry Harrison, The Von Bondies, Alanis Morisette, The Divine Comedy, Death Angel, Joy Askew, Carne Cruda, Greg Landau, Thistle, Tim Bluhm, Jump, Little Children, Todd Sickafoose and many others.
Recently he elected to serve on the Board of Governors for the San Francisco chapter of the Recording Academy (the Grammy’s).
Consisting of thirteen original songs including with 3 to 4 singles with the release. The album may already prove to be a haunting pop masterpiece, introducing the listener Lee's pristine vocals, endearing lyrics, and lush soundscape.
With the album coming closer to it's full form, the album will be launched this summer of 2008 so stay tuned...
